Alltogether Care Services provide a Care at Home service which can support people to remain in the comforts of their own home whilst maintaining as much independence as possible. 

Examples of support provided are: 

Assist with getting out of bed
Assist to the toilet 
Oral hygiene
Support with shaving
Assist with showering/bathing
Assist with continence care
Applying creams and lotions in the way you need
Assist to get dressed with the clothes you wish to wear
Assist to applying your make-up in the way you like
Assist with your medication 
Support you with preparing your meals and assisting at meal times
Assist with household tasks 
Getting ready for bed
Support with Specialised Care needs such as Stoma, Catheter Care
